I hace spoken over the years at the National Builders COnvention specifically on the second home resort market. I am addressing the Florida Realtors next week and have been ask to speak on the topic of “Resorts on the Ropes”?
In Florida we have seen developers come under pressure from lenders. In additon the property owners have concens about the financial health of the developer builders. do you have any other information regarding the struggling resort business?
